Hi! My name is Axel Becker and I am a freelance

camera operator and photographer.

Come with me on tour in our wild world!

About me:

Everything started, when I discoverd photography as a means to document my beetle collection during my bachelor studies. Quickly the passion to grew and I used my skills to educate people on the fascinating world of insects and nature in general. During my masters in zoology my focus widened and I captured everything beautiful nature has to offer. From tiny invertebrates to vast volcanic landscapes, nothing is save from my lenses! I just love to be out in nature and take it all in.

Currently my main occupation is in animal protection for the district Pankow of Berlin. On the side and hopefully some day full time, I am a a camera operator and photographer with a focus on nature documentary.
